Please be advised that when I select the option for "ships in ____ days", this is based on the shop not being overloaded with orders. I wish Etsy would consider that and link it to however many orders at the time of your order, but unfortunately that is not an option at this time. I have no way to give you an accurate ship time, so I have come up with a few options to ensure those of you that need an item for a special event can rest assured your item will arrive on time. I suggest first that you put a memo in the shop notes when you place an order to let me know your deadline. I have also added Priority and Overnight upgrade options to speed up your delivery with the USPS for an additional fee and this also gets you to the front of the line. Please keep in mind that sometimes we may need to alter something in the design or materials used due to the fact that I do not buy in bulk to keep the pieces unique. I do try my best to ensure the pieces come as pictured however if a piece sells and I have a similar one, the original listing is relisted therefore sometimes I may need to substitute a particular piece with something similar. This is only an estimated time that can be longer or shorter depending on the item ordered or how many orders are ahead of you. I hand make every piece and mostly I am working alone with the exception of the time of year that I get help from the fashion design students that intern in the shop. This added time will allow us to do any last minute preparations and/or packaging and ensure your piece is given the right amount of time so its constructed properly and not rushed. Orders are shipped in the order they are received unless special circumstances permit us to do a rush delivery. Holidays could be a longer delay due to high volume of orders placed, so please be patient! If time is a concern and you need an item quicker, please convo me and I will do my best to meet your requests.
To extend the life of your custom pieces, remove your jewelry when showering or putting on lotions or perfumes or when swimming.
Use a cotton swab or soft cloth to clean. You can use a mild soap and some warm water but be sure to rinse well and then pat dry. Always be sure your jewelry is dry before putting in storage.
You can polish with a soft cloth or chamois as they can tarnish or have water spots if not dried well.
It's best to store your jewelry pieces in a dry container such as a plastic bag or air tight jewelry box.
For Shirts, it is recommended that you hand wash in cold water inside out. Lay flat to dry. Do not use heat or rhinestones and/or embellishments will come off. Should you lose any rhinestones please contact me and I can send you some that you can easily put back on with a hand iron or you can send the shirt in for me to repair.
